Brandon actually answered this question saying that probably kel since he fights dirty, though how he would get past the healing is beyond me

In a straight fight Kaladin will win, but if Kelsier has some preparation going into the fight he will use every dirty trick up his sleeve to beat Kaladin, and he would succeed.

After reading the lost metal no doubt Kal. In Kels prime I think it would be a fair fight if Kal didn’t have shardplate. If Kal has his plate it’s really not even a fight

I gotta give it to Kal. Kel is a great fighter and a sneaky firty fighter at that... but he really relies on the metals surrounding him.
Unlike Kal he cant really fly, and he cant change angles or directions unless theres metal in the opposing direction he needs to go. Basically in order for Kel to do half of the things Kaladin can do hed need to be fighting in the middle of modern day NY.
Not to mention kel fights with no armor and only uses glass daggers and whatever he can find or push/pull on metal wise.
Kaladin has a living spren(plate and blade) as well as all the abilities of a windrunner. Hes not limited by metals to push and pull on, hes only limited by his stormlight and his imagination. And as we saw in the end battle of WOR hes even a better flyer than Zseth.

As for the emotional allomancy aspect everyone's bringing up in the comments... that would only work if Kel has a deep understanding of Kaladins mental state (although book 4 saw a lot of heaaling in that) and weve also seen that Kel isnt the best with emotional allomancy. He compliments vin for her abilities because hes as suddle as a brick through glass. Also its very eassy to enflame the wrong emotions. Like rage or aggression. Kel would think "if hes angry he'll rush me and do something stupid." Only to truly piss off Kaladin and send him into a blood frenzy thats fully armored and flying towards him at full speed.
Yes, Kel could mess with Kaladins head, but he also runs the risk of making things even more dangerous for himself

Kel couldn't even touch Kal, because then he would send him into space, if he would use all his stormlight

I dont think kelsier can efectively harm kaladin with coins or daggers due to stormlight healing seing that shallan with same healing factor survived crosbow bolt through the head in oathbringer. Meanwhile if kaladin lands a meaningful hit with his shardblade kelsier is out of the fight, pewter won't help for a dead limb. Kaladin is a better flyer too, maybe kelsier can be faster in a short burst but he doesn't have the same maneuverability with his reliance on metal nearby and his top speed is probably slower too. When it comes to speed they seem to be comparible, both being able to dodge arrows, though if we take some passages during the final battle in WOR kaladin can dodge lightning while flying but this seens more of a writing thing.
Atium could give kelsier a win with a surprise decapitation or something like that but if kaladin has shardplate this would not be that easy, and a dagger through the eyeslit peobably won't be enough to kill him outright. Kelsier is also much stronger with pewter than kaladin with no plate, but in plate they will probably be comparible if not plate being stronger. Of course kelsier has ways to win but it would be hard and situational while kaladin realy needs only one good hit.

Kelseirs powers are far more versatile but most of them aren’t really great for combat while kaladins powers where made for war. if we’re talking them at the most powerful they’ve been in their respective books series abilities wise I’d give it the kaladin, kelseir is a good fighter and a right slippery bastard but it doesn’t overcome shards and definitely wouldn’t combined with wind runner abilities.

Kelsier but only because Kaladin is too honorable to cheat or fight dirty whereas Kelsier is absolutely not

Brandon has said that if all his characters would fight in a pit, Kel would win because he is the most ruthless. But if Kal had somebody to protect, I wonder how that would change things. Kel has sworn no ideals and is morally gray to begin with, so he’s not beholden to an honorable fight the same way Kal is. That being said, all Kal has to do is lash Kel into the sky. A 4th ideal radiant is stronger than even a lerasium misting. Even if Kel were to shoot Kal full of coins, Veil was able to survive a crossbow bolt to the face due to Stormlight’s healing properties. And if both characters are at peak performance, Kal will have shardplate. I have to assume that if lashings won’t work on plate, neither will any sort of allomancy

Knight radiant healing is OP, if Kaladin has stormlight I don't see how he'd lose.

depends. kelsier only had 2 yrs of training as a mistborn and a way worse teacher than himself. Thaidakar on the other hand would destroy if he gets his powers back.

I would say Kal because he doesn't need metal to fight, heals, and can also fly

Kaladin will probably cry over Kesier's mind tricks but power through and win the fight on the edge of death
