As an elderly swiftie (from the MySpace days and debut days) Independent/ liberal, I’m leaning more right every day. I’m voting for Trump this year.
Nat 4 years ago? I would have been baffled by this development but it’s really not that deep when you see the clear picture. It’s trendy to be liberal and democratic and (I say this as an OG swiftie) Taylor is a people pleaser. She will support and stand with the side that the majority of her fans and the public stand with. Ever since Reputation and Lover, especially Lover, she has been very vocal about being democratic & liberal. I would be genuinely shocked if she started to support Trump now.

I think I'm one of THE last humans on the planet...that has not heard a single full Taylor Swift song. Heard some clips on the news, etc. But I've never heard a whole song from start to finish. And I couldn't care less about what she thinks or who she endorses. I've never voted or supported any candidate based on any celebrity endorsement. They have the exact same number of votes as I do...one. Her vote isn't worth any more than mine is. And if you are voting for someone based on who any celebrity is voting for...and not based on educating yourself on the issues...then maybe you're not intelligent enough to vote. Don't ever give some celebrity YOUR voice. They make enough money. They don't deserve your vote.
