Donald Trump Falsely Claims Taylor Swift Supports Him w/ Fake AI Pics

Former President Donald Trump has shared AI-generated images that falsely claim he has Taylor Swift’s support. In a post on his social media app Truth Social on Sunday, the 78-year-old attached screenshots from ‘X,’ formerly Twitter, which depict AI-generated “Swifties for Trump” photos alongside his caption, “I accept!” One of the distorted images even shows the pop star dressed as “Uncle Sam” with the text, “Taylor wants you to vote for Donald Trump.” Another shows a fake headline which reads, “Swifties Turning To Trump After ISIS Foiled Taylor Swift Concert” - referring to the foiled terrorist plot which targeted the global superstar’s Eras Tour Vienna shows. However, directly above the inaccurate headline there is a label which reads “satire,” and the creator of the original post confirmed on their ‘X’ account that it is in fact fake, writing, “SATIRE- there is no Swifties for Trump movement – but there should be.”

But then, nobody has ever accused Trump of being smart. I know Taylor has Trump fans in her fan base, but most I would guess are not. And TS could, on her own, turn her army out to vote Harris/Walz, so to say this was stupid is a massive understatement.
