Man, this video just reminded me how much skill expression there was in Tag 2. The fact that I recognised every player's combo in this video is telling of how much personality the player could have through the game's systems.

TTT2 gave all the characters the love they deserved. You have two mains and you’re basically unstoppable as you only need creativity to connect two characters’ movesets into one.

I know there will be TTT3, of course not soon, but to this day I’m still wondering how tag assault can be made with screws.

It has been hard but finally I can play ttt2 on my PC. After 1000h of Tekken 7 is really funny and refreshing to try Tekken Tag 2 and the tag assault system. I am already wishing that Tekken 8 adds modes with tag or at least tag assault in the combos, even Just on practice mode and friendly matches will be all right. But I guess that's too much work, therefore they are never going to do it😢😭

This game was so free combo wise. You didnt have to follow one route to get optimal damage which added to the longevity

I was thinking on Tekken 8 Hope that game have a Tag Match instead of making TTT3 . Just like in Dead or Alive.

I knew that was JDCR at the end but didn't his Heihachi Tag Assist is supposed to be a Perfect Hellsweep Uppercut?

Edit: what I like about JDCR's is that it's a practical Tag combo, you can do it too because it's simple but has decent damage. It also doesn't require certain situations such as Ki-Charge or Counter Hit, certain areas and stages aren't required too
