I could see this in the kitchen or by the campfire. Rocking chopper. Basically for mincing. Some spring onions, shallots and others.. although my SpydieChef is quite adequate. Cool concept

It looks like a type of Ulu knife to me. It is could be possible to use it like a Ulu or as a knife chopped at a camp site for preparing food.
