1. Try to increase ur run up and jump
2. Don't rapidly go for arm rotation, hold it still for a while, it will improve ur ball aim.
3 Please do not bend your front knee during ball release. It will help u improve your pace upto 20%

Clean jerk, arm bends when it reaches shoulder level and gets straight at the time of release. Those who are saying that 15 degree of jerk is allowed, they dont know that bend should also be there at the time of release.

this is not a jerk.Jerk is when the arm angle increases or decreases by 11 degree and your arm dosent colapse that much you are alright

15 Degrees elbow bent is allowed your action is borderline ok. I dont same thing just be careful while bowling bouncers this is where sometimes i bend more. Bowling full or good length my action is clean.

I am always at a loss as to why bowlers reach so far with these actions. When I was in school we would imitate bowlers actions. All these suspect bowling actions are mystifying.

There is no jerk in fast bowling
Each one have their own style
Practice your own style a 1000 times same style you will be mastered at it
