Guys, it was not Gregory, who cut off the elevator it was actually the mimic Who cut the elevator off because if you hear when Gregory says hurry, Cassie get out of here there’s like a static noise where The mimic sounds like Gregory again

there was explaining the lore behind this of the mimic when it showed two names of Gregory it can be two of them talking and Georgy was supposed to say "make sure it doesnt follow you." but the mimic says "we cant risk being followed" then the mimic rips the wires of the elevator and thats how cassie got trapped in the elevator

it was not Gergory who sent Cassie down the elevator, it was the mimic because there was unused voice lines for Gregory at the end of the game which said "just don't let that thing find you", and then the game was supposed to end, but Steelwool wanted to make it more dramatic and wanted to get people curios .

to those who say Ruin is the aftermath of the Dissasembled ending:The Freddy we saw in the Ruin DLC is just a prototype of freddy, so he is not the Freddy we knew and loved.Need proof? When we first encounter Ruined Freddy you can actually see that there is a writing that says "Prototype" under his Foot but normal freddy does not have anything that says "Prototype" on him.Also the Pizzaplex is quite literally Ruined and burned, why would that be if it was the aftermath of the Dissasembled ending? Yes, the newspapers said that there was an Eartquake but if there was an eartquake why didnt the the other Buldings we see in the intro of the game is not damaged? My theory is that Fazbear Entertainment doesnt want anyone to know about all this, then they told everyone it was an earthquake. And i think the ending is the combination of the Princess Quest and Burntrap ending, because in the Ruin DLC we do not see Burntrap in any way, but we DO see The Blob.The reason i included the Princess Quest ending is because in the Mimic sequence of the game Gregory says "My friend has acces to the building maps" well, Freddy cant acces to the building maps.The only individual that have acces to the building maps is Vanessa because she quite literally worked there (and technically is still working there since he did not quit or gott fired lol).

Edit:so a couple days ago mattpatt's new game theory came out and with that i think i am officially convinced that the canon ending is the Princess Quest ending, but i am still confused about the whole prototype thing.

Did you know that in ruin security breach Chica was actually programmed to be a trash can for when the kids leave and there’s trash to clean up that’s why she always eats trash in the game you find this out when she is all destroyed there is a trash bag in her stomach hatch and a lot of trash near her (poor Chica she was a trash can all along)

The princess quest ending is the ending that leads into ruin (the burn trap ending plays a small role), also Gregory gets cut off by the mimic at the end when the elevator drops. Gregory is supposed to say "make sure you're not followed" but he gets cut off by the mimic and that's who we hear at the end

The canon ending is not the burntrap one its Vanny Ending 2 that is were it takes off from security breach. I know that due to the fact I have all security breach endings and all ruin ones

The ending that was before the ruin dlc was actually the ending where Gregory took Freddy's head out of the pizzaplex. In case that's important

We are in the princess quest ending. There are comic pages around the pizzaplex that show all non cannon endings, the burntrap ending being one of them, the pizzaplex is in ruin because of an earthquake that happened (some believe due to the blob moving ) there are also many hints towards princess quest and vanny isn’t there, proving that she broke control from glitchtrap. This is the Princess Quest Ending.

When Cassie went to pizzaplex for her birthday party no one came but Gregory did and Gregory supported Cassie and they are friends
