Andrew Tate had a form you were going batshit crazy on yours

The upper body is much less robust cardiovascular wise than the lower body that’s why the tired shoulder thing is so common in fight training

my coach makes me do this when i’m shadow boxing - it works on endurance and also feel like it improves my form

How can someone say so much without actually saying anything

Tate literally rotated his wrists just like a punch/jab. U didnt

I tried it. It’s a good way to get shoulder impingement because it’s just all front delts which, is important for fighters but bad for posture. You have to make sure you’re doing enough rowing/rear delt work which, I’ve seen Andrew Tate do as he has machines in his home gym.

I used to do that when I was a kid I took 5 pound weights and I’ll just start to shadow boxing

Personally I would use a set of weights that are imbalanced and I would do the exercise unilaterally and standing up, this is all for stability demands which is crucial in fighting

You can also use a lighter bar for this at the gym like these smaller 20lbs bars. We did this in every boxing circiut session. You do like 10 secs super explosive as many reps as possible and then you rest for 20 while holding the bar up on your collarbones and then repeat for 3 mins up to 3 sets.

doing different variations of these movements every 1, 2, 3 minutes whatever you can do for essentially 15-25 minutes will be phenomenal for your shoulders . all while doing punch outs both straight and upper cuts, realistically you should do this after training actual boxing, must thai or kick boxing . if you actually want to get your arms, shoulders, forearms conditioned to punch and block you should just focus on technique and hitting the heavy bag for multiple multiple rounds .
