The printing of the statement should be in order: completed for x then scheduled for y

In your code output, it is showing that from Candidate 1 to Candidate 4 interview is scheduled after that Interview Processed Output got printed but blocking queue size is 3 so how it is possible. It should schedule max 3 interviews initially. Am I missing something here?
