Bruh I literally started crying. I'm gay and I was scared to get a job for this exact reason😭💙

As a conservative I don’t see why you wouldn’t be treated as equally. Feel the same utter defeat everyone else does

I'm conservative, got no issues with gays. Trans is a tougher sell but for the most part I get along with them. Actually have one friend that's trans. Not going to lie. Its uncomfortable. But we manage. It is impossible to except everything about a person. If you cant accept something then at least tolerate it.

It really shouldn't be hard to understand. If it does not prevent you from doing the job, *it's not okay to discriminate against it in the workplace.* I'm not gay, trans, a racial minority, a woman, or anything else on that list, but I support it wholeheartedly because this should just be so obvious.

Great decision by the Supreme Court! It seems perfectly logical, the law should protect people from not losing their jobs because of their sexual orientation.

You know I think people would respect them more if they stop adding fucking letters to their name.

Sexual orientation should be no one else's business but your own. 🤔 So I'm coming out to say I identify as a Ferrari .

Denying a human of human rights strips you of *your* humanity not theirs.

If other people having human rights bothers you then you might be a bigot.

Trans women should start participating in Professional Female Sports. I'm sure feminists will have their back...

Why is this being presented as a law now when you apply for jobs and it says that they don't discriminate against gender or sexuality? I'm confused.

here is an idea....how about equal protections for all workers?

Thats cool, they will just do like normal people they will just not tell you why they didn't hire you, or not tell you why they fired you. Welcome to the same world as the rest of us.

Been fired several times, because well we need to cut costs or your fired because someone said they saw you smoking. Not in the smoking zone, I don't even smoke.

If someone wants to fire you they will just make something up.

I just hope employees are actually required to prove they were discriminated against because of their LGBTQ status. I’ve seen too many people who think the rules don’t apply to them because they’re apart of the LGBTQ community and as soon as someone points out their faults they’re “homophobic.”
