Tom you're a wealth of knowledge! Thank you for providing the truth of it all... Sometimes we don't get all of the truths in "history class" but here you do, therefore, thank you for the enlightenment. Take care and your parents should be proud of all the good work you do!

You could mention that Anderson Cooper lives just below Washington Square Park, that LITTLE WOMEN was written on MacDougall a block or two south of Washington Square, that Joan Baez lived on Washington Square and mentioned it in the song Diamonds & Rust.

I can see Tom as a younger Kunstler. I forgot his protege's name, but both presented the working class and those in need because of being side tracked by society. He should have his own law firm and find the best lawyers who thinks the working class should be represented. I love is tours and will miss them if he decided to move on, but he is brilliant and I think this touring is just a breather to get his destiny in tow.

The name Grennwich comes from Groenwijck, Dutch for "Green District". It has nothing to do with Greenwich in England.

Hi Tom. I didn't know Albert Gallatin had anything to do with NYU. He is buried in Trinity Churchyard. He was an immigrant from Switzerland who settled in Western Pennsylvania at a place called New Geneva. He was one of the leaders of the Whiskey Rebellion. He was also Secretary of the Treasury and U.S. Ambassador to France. He was a Democratic-Republican, the origin of the Democratic Party. He died in 1849,

G'day Tom, I never miss any of your tours and wherever your "sick plugs" points to, for after. Hope I can do tour in person when I come back to NYC, one day.
