Choosing how I remember.

I had to come to a similar conclusion myself a while ago.

Love is hard. Sometimes we don't want the same things out of it and we realize that too late.

It hurts and it sucks but the best thing you can learn from it is to be more upfront with what you want and expect with the next person and hope they'll be that way with you.

Though i know some people prefer not to talk things out so maybe they need ones that are like them to either be happy with or teach them how that can be hurtful to someone.

I've only ever been in 1 relationship in my life so far, the heartbreak was nausiating and soul crushing but after a while when i decided to forgive i felt like i truly grew as a person.

I wasn't cheated on or anything but at the time it felt like I did not amount to anything in Her eyes and was cast off and abandoned and it hurt. Badly.

Now i realise that We wanted different things and that's ok. Love is just weird and sucks sometimes.

I take it as a learning experience looking back at it now and i feel like i have become a stronger person from it.
