I’m 193 lbs 5’6 and my measurements around knee is 14.5 inch so I got the medium. It’s pretty tuff to get over the the but once it’s in. It only takes 3 sec to roll off. Ps calf are puny only 13 inch

Hell yeah an actual demonstration. Is that the smallest you can go? How much you get out of these? I feel a good 10 kg from them. Do they stretch enough where you think you should have downsized even more? Mine have gotten a little easier to get on after about 4 sessions of heavy triples.

I’m watching this because I just got a size XL and it’s stuck at my calves. 16 inch knees and 18 inch calves. I thought I could get away with getting the same size as my SBD. I’m terribly mistaken, my calves feel like it’s cut off from circulation

​ my knee and calf measurements are 13.5" I just got small(12.5-13.5) but I can take them on and off easily sometimes I feel like they slightly slide down but not very much do you think I can fit in xs(11-12.5") or would it be too tight and difficult to take on and off

I wear small sbds and I have small calves (14in). I got the inzer xs knee sleeves and they were hard to take off. The weird thing is I exchanged for a small and they come on and off super easily. Is that normal? I just find that the one size difference is insane. Great video and curious on your thoughts.
