My name is Professor Rachel Fulton Brown. I am the professor your other professors warned you about! I believe in the reality of truth, beauty, goodness, and love. And I am inviting you aboard the Mosaic Ark to experience the world—all of Creation—as a literal and mystical revelation of God.

Join me and my co-hosts Kimberly Crilly, Kilts Khalfan, and Mel Wiggin for a guided journey through the wilds of our post-Enlightenment, yet still medieval culture. Inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s “Mythopoeia,” our mission is to re-enchant the world by presenting a new perspective on every subject that makes up the Mosaic of Creation.

Christianity, America, the Western tradition of theology, art, philosophy, music, education, and letters—even science fiction, fantasy, and magic; all these and more are on our itinerary as we take a deep dive into the history and motivations of the world's great artists and storytellers. We reveal their methods and unlock their secrets, using the creative process to understand Creation itself.

Every week, we will bring you reflections on the stories and images that fuel our modern mythologies, from early medieval history to the studios of Hollywood, through the great looking glass of the Internet.
