Are there any updates to organization? I'd love to see pdf files stored with notebooks and a way to jump quickly from one notebook to another.

As the software will be updated in the Mk 1 version to include these new features, I have no need to upgrade.
I might look at getting the colour display model as an additional Kindle though🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

My gosh. I can't express how happy I am for this; I wanted the previous generation of kindle scribe but I did not like the design. This one looks like the remarkable 2 but with all the features that made the first kindle scribe a better flagship. Definitely getting one.

Does this ability to write notes on the page of books exist for the 1st generation Kindle Scribe? I think it is called Active Canvas. I have the latest firmware 5.16.21 but I don't seem to have this feature, or if I do, I don't know how to get it to work.

They just can't seem to be able to perfect the write in a book feature. We don't want a neat box with wraparound words. We want to write in a book like when we write in a book! Make a border or let us choose a border setting. And let us write in the border or on the text. Why is this so hard?

The feature I wish for the most is to be able to create custom Template pages for notebooks. I do a lot of TTRPG and planning and it would be awesome to have blank custom form pages I can drop into notebooks instead of having to use a bogus PDF workaround.

The new kindle scribe sucks. I want a red kindle scribe with a color display, expandable storage, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5, 15 watt charging, and a keyboard. I want everything and some more.
