Wolf Creek Pass can be found in Southern Colorado on Hwy 160 between Pagosa Springs and South Fork.

This is one of the most enjoyable scenic drives in the state. Its worth a trip out of your way to take the trek. Just be safe and make sure to practice defensive driving.

If everyone in the world drove that fast across Red Mountain Pass there in the San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado they ALL WOULD BE DEAD. But vehicles and bodies would fill the river gorge to the level of the road of 800 FEET(plus?) in a year(?). There's a reason for 15 and 20 MPH Speed limit going southbound around the cliff area. Someone made a comment on a Red Mountain Pass video that driving a Jeep Cherokee (for example) in winter you MUST have all snow tires and tire snow chains and drive only 5 MPH if you want to live. That maybe true then 10 MPH should be the limit.
