They get a foothold in your country and then make up rules for you not to be there, typical.

The writing is on the wall folks. How many instances does it take for everyone to realize that we are seen as pariahs among non-black Africans. We have enough blacks in the world that can literally create a utopia for ourselves in the continent, so what are we waiting for? Another handout from France? China? The UK? America? We have enough wealth, resources, talent and influence to form a new renaissance of Africa. We have to start learning accountability and be true to ourselves for the sake of the future of the African race.

This is just another form of gentrification on a high level .
I agree black American alliance with the African nation is key to the economic survival of a nation.

I live in the United States. We have black people here with lighter skin in Louisiana who classify themselves as Creole. Most of them only procreate with other Creole or white people whom they consider a bonus. If your skin is darker than a brown paper bag like mine, they look down upon you. But not all of them. But there is a great deal of racism in the U.S. against black people by every other race in this country. They look down upon us as if we're lower than dirt. But when we stand up for ourselves, we're labeled as violent.

I really don't like the term sub-Saharan Africa. I find it derogatory.

I'm a American born black male and it's pretty much the same here. Despite of being US born to mostly everybody I look as if moved to the US from America throughput my life I've endured hell from people of my own race especially the ones of lighter skin. Tunisia's president taken a page out of the American white supremacy play book and being applying it.

IMO: Part of the reason some of the occupants of Africa want to be considered African (be not really SEEN as African - if you know what I mean) is that they want to be a part of the rich history, culture and promise of The Continent.

So he's mad that the indigenous folks are coming back into their land his dusty behind has an issue. If anything, he looks like the land is rejecting him.
