Are you trying to use 64-bit VSTs in a 32-bit environment or vice-versa?

32-bit. i used FL Studio and all plugins are working great. When i installed Presonus, some vst from C:\Program Files\VstPlugins such Philharmonik, addictive drums, etc. I try to scan the plugins over and over again but no luck.
