Larb, or laab, is a Lao/Thai minced meat salad that's savory, salty, and tangy, made with ground meat, fresh herbs, shallot, fish sauce, lime juice, and toasted rice powder. It's a must-order at Thai restaurants, but now can be made at home because it's actually super easy to make. 

Ingredients:

Meat
• 39 Bird
• 1 lb Ground chicken

Produce
• 1/4 cup Cilantro
• 1 Cucumber
• 2 stalks Green onion
• 1 Lettuce
• 2 tbsp Mint
• 1 Shallot

Condiments
• 1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
• 2 1/2 tbsp Lime juice

Pasta & Grains
• 1 Sticky rice, cooked

Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
