In the past, government services have not been thought of as sitting at the forefront of technological innovation. Today however, we see this conventional public sentiment being challenged in exciting ways. From AI-enabled chatbots to services that proactively offer benefits to citizens, this discussion sought to answer the question: What will - or should - digital government look like in 2030? The panellists explored how governments are creating the next generation of services that are personalised, responsive to citizens needs, and secure while rebuilding the public’s trust in the services we all use.
