I like the malfeasance but it is balanced, giving it a catalyst would be awesome but idk what it would help, maybe change it from 6 projectiles to 5 per target to proc

Personally, the catalyst for monarque was very disappointing. I felt like it needed something that would both help with actually getting precision shots more frequently, and make up for it's horrible draw time
