Hey Andrew. I had a SENA 20s and was having issues with upgrading the softwear on the utility app. It wouldn't recognize my device. Since it was still under warranty, SENA switched out my 20s unit with the 20s EVO. FYI, when I returned it, I thought that I was only going to have to send the 20s unit itself back... which I did. However, I got an email from the customer service rep saying that I had to return EVERYTHING. Ummmm, to late! I had already sent the unit itself back and told her that I didn't want to have to take everything out of my helmet, get the new one and reinstall everything, when I wasn't having issues with that. They were VERY nice about it and sent me a brand new 20s EVO in the box with all of the mounting stuff! Now I can gear up another helmet. : ) NICE! The 20s EVO is working well and I am getting used to everything that the SENA can do which is nice! Worth the money I spent on it that is for sure!

I like the idea of the shark fin antenna. I run the Cardo Pack Talk and really like it but I have already broken the antenna on it and had to glue it. I did contact Cardo and they said they would warranty it so I will send it in soon. Good video Andrew ride safe!

Next time go a little bit more in depth by opening the package that has all the extras in it so that we can see exactly what comes with it

I'm still running the old SMH-10. Don't plan on replacing it until it breaks or is obsolete.

It still has a micro USB? Would of thought they would of went to USB Type C like the new GoPros use.

Yeah, I heard a few things about the 20S EVO but not sure it's worth changing out my standard 20S. Maybe if my unit dies soon but then I would look at the new 30K unit or one of the units that work in to the Shoei Neotec helmets. I think that's that 10U. BTW, you look quite spiffy today, did you perm your beard? :-)
