My right feet is flatter, and it impacted mybl right knee. Training with kettlebell, bare feet, made my muscle, joints, and ligaments, improved in balance, mobility, and strength

Good stuff. I really want to try a competition kettlebell someday. Currently using a 32 Kg cast iron bell. Not many places within a thousand kilometers of me likely have a competition bell that size around to try out.

Maybe this coming Christmas... 😊

I love your beginner videos, even as I am past the one year mark in my kb journey. I can always improve, and you explain things well in a way I can share with others.

Take care!

What do you think about the adjustment (weight) kettlebell? I am using that because it’s more economical and space saver, you don’t have to own multiple kettlebells, especially for a beginner like myself.

A 1000 reps ? 😂
More like 10000 reps 😂

I train for 3 years and it still feels like new every time and like old stuff and I don't have to think alot
At the SAME time 😄

I think Ivan Denisov has said this also
The Kettlebell flys and you can not predict where it goes and every rep is different a bit

The more and longer you train the less but it's still a bell that flys and you can not say where it goes 100% 😄
You only try 😄👍
