I've watched a ton of benchmarks on all these systems. I do not think you have your settings correct? Or your bios updated for the claw and typically if you have the exact same resolution, the lesion go beats the Ally. It has faster memory and the same processor

Heres the thing with the Ally. It only needs to achieve about 40-45 fps (maybe less) to look like all the other devices at 60 fps due to the vrr screen. Cant overstate the importance of vrr in these low power machines (relatively speaking). It is the most underrated feature of the Ally.

When it comes to small UMPCs, managing heat is crucial. Performance has already reached a high standard across the board, and the only immediate option seems to be unnecessary RAM upgrades. To tackle the biggest drawback of small UMPCs—heat management—is to ensure the device's longevity and maintain its performance. But managing heat isn't just about monitoring CPU temperatures. Key factors include the fan, noise, grip, weight, and portability. These are the important points to consider

benchmarks vs actual gameplay in congested indoor or outdoor areas. VRR screens and lower resolution with upscaling make all the difference on each machine. Even the Claw when playing games with Xess feels smooth (just too expensive)

just got the legion go, but why is the Ram usage inconsistent with the asus and legion go?

Upgraded my oxp mini pro to the rog ally x with AFMF2. and its a day and night diference. performs amazing with a 3090 egpu.... 👌.

Glad I picked up the Legion Go for almost half the price of the Ally X here in Canada. The 2-4 fps difference isnt a gamechanger and for the price difference I can live with the shorter battery life

Are these results with the MSI Claw's latest Overboost bios?

no se si el prpblema de la msi es su misma pantalla con esas dimenciones, hace que pierda un pelin vs la ally.

I just got the legion go, and im glad i did the new ally x doesnt really perform that much more of a difference here in this testing. Plus its got more features with the Detachable controllers.

LENOVO LEGIO GO, es la mejor increible máquina

Legion go has too little ram memory. If 24gb ram is probably enough because it has to share system memory with the GPU so there is a lack of ram, right?

I see these as companions to my main rig. I want best battery life I don’t care if I’m getting the best graphics on a handheld. These need optimization and 3 hours battery playing games tbh… I’m looking for the best frames on my Xbox or pc

Man, your overlay shows different things for different consoles: no 0.1 lows on legion and claw

Unless the MSI has Thunderbolt 5, it ain't worth it 😂

Ally X - amazing screen, great software, best performance, best battery on the market, just 100 bucks more expensive than Deck 1Tb...

It is actually cheaper because Windows 11 license and 3 months of GamePass are worth alone 200 bucks.

Ally X is nobrainer.

Low 1% Lenovo Legion Go is better than any other handle.
