This process is amazing, and the message of conservation of the Earth is a great message to show what science can actually do for us, we made a whole mammoth meatball! Imagine the actual sustainability of lab-grown meats and what it would mean to not have to mass produce farm animals for consumption. Woolly Mammoths went extinct because of their rapidly changing world, but that was out of their control, nowadays we face the same crisis, but we have a purpose to combat our own destructive ways of polluting and causing global warming itself. Cultivating this technology, I feel like, can also limit food-borne diseases too, ones that live in meat of living creatures. If this is a controlled environment, then meat is for sure not going to have like a surplus of bacteria, or even have parasites or viruses. I love this video!

I had some woolly mammoth jerly back in '98 or so -- tasty stuff! Nice & lean. . . it came from an actual mammoth found frozen in a glacier. . .
