As a matter of correction for educational purposes, our King's name is pronounced Ka-La-Cow-Wa (Kalakaua). He was the last King of Hawaii who was succeeded by his sister who became the last Queen before a coup that overthrew her reign by some rich businessmen with the help of the US government. Thank you for mentioning our King's significance. He was quite the historical figure and to this day very loved by our people.

I love this man. I don’t know how he’s remained so compassionate and levelheaded after what he went through. And how he can continue to do that job after all of that trauma. He truly is an American hero, and I don’t say stuff like that lightly

While we are talking about people being hung out to dry, Chuck Grassley blocked (again, this week) the Afghan resettlement package for the Afghan soldiers (and their families) who served side by side with Americans in Afghanistan, and were promised by the US government -citizenship, homes, jobs for their service. They are now here in the US, without any of what was promised to them for their service to the US. And, if they were to return to Afghanistan would be killed or worse.

America has only given 2% of our 858 billion dollar defense budget, and ZERO American soldiers are on the front lines. Helping Ukraine now, instead of having to have a direct conflict with Russia later, is the best investment we've ever made.

We are allies to Ukraine it's better to send money to help them fight then for us to send soldiers over there like we would have. I remember in the beginning they said they don't want to send troops out anymore. So instead they send the money I know it's a lot but I think we're doing the right thing helping Ukraine

Give 50 billion to Ukraine but immediately abandon Afghanistan that American soldiers fought to liberate. Now women are not allowed to go school.
