High quality aluminum oxide grain, available in grit P60-2000 with Kling-on, PSA and plain backings, in various sizes and hole pattern options.
P60 – P220: C-weight paper backing for medium pressure and aggression
P320 – P2000: 3 mil film backing for tear resistance and waterproofness
Applications: Fiberglass, Composites, Wood & Wood Finishes, Aluminum, Painted Surfaces
Markets: Marine, Automotive, Wood Cabinet Shops, Wood Doors, Solid Surface, Aircraft & Aerospace
Advantages:
- Longer, more consistent cut
- Better overall finishes
- Reduced heat
- Consistent, blemish-free finishes
