I'm so ashamed I hadn't heard of Yebba until 2022! What I'm NOT ashamed to say is I am thoroughly obsessed with her talent and artistry. The control of her instrument is by far the most impressive I have ever heard. I can listen to the same song a dozen times and hear something more incredible than the time before. While I have great respect for many vocalists, I can say without reservation, this young lady stands alone in a class set aside exclusively for her. Yebba is on repeat EVERYWHERE I go! Abbey, I've been following you for about a year now. Had the same reaction as most people do, especially if the first thing they hear is 'My Mind', and then 'Evergreen'. Surprise, wonder, and heartache. It's rare to hear someone that has a tremendous vocal ability, the wisdom to know how to use that voice, and then add emotional layers to tell a story.


As many others have noted, I'm so sorry about your experience with your mom's passing, and other traumas that you've experienced. Thank you for allowing us into that vulnerability with your music. I wish only the greatest success, and the happiest life for you.
