The idea that this man opened the doors for Scorsese, Coppola, Nicholson, Ron Howard, James Cameron, and so many more is quite an achievement. R.I.P to the great Roger Corman.

He was one of a kind. Truly great at everything he did.

He had such an incredible voice, he could have easily been a voice over artist as well.

Don't forget Roger Corman's great dramatic turn in "Godfather Part 2" as one of the Senators grilling Michael Corleone before the Rackets Committee. A true originator in shoestring, no-budget filmmaking. RIP 😢

Man, that man made so much horror I own on vhs and he changed the face of horror. I hope his life was glorious. He surely enriched mine. He will never be forgotten.

I always remember him from the Ron Howard movie Apollo 13 where he played a Senator touring NASA and asking Jim Lovell questions.

An absolute legend. I love watching interviews with Corman…he had such a pleasant and articulate speaking style. Very smart man.

It’s crazy to think this interview was 42 years ago and he was 56 here.

Wow, what an episode THIS was: Roger then Viva! 🤯 No wonder why I used to tape this show every night! And that's when a blank video tape cost, like, twenty bucks!

Jonathan Demme cast Corman as the FBI director in The Silence Of The Lambs as a tribute to his mentor.😼

Roger Corman, dead at 98...and, yes, I do suspect foul play.
