making Effie’s butterfly dress! (from the Hunger Games)

here's a little video on how i made effie's butterfly dress! this dress clocks in at ~ 1100 butterfly wings, 2 packs of hot glue, and about 2 months of work! 😅 I actually made this dress back in may of 2020, but I have a bunch of footage so I may make a tutorial if folks are interested!

OMG something crazy just happened to me. So I was watching a tv show with my family and my sister said someone in the show looked a little like Effie Trinket, and had butterflies in her hair. Like a minute later I opened YouTube and THIS video was on my recommendations! Normally I never get recommended Hunger Games-videos! My phone really eavesdrops me😳😰
