I miss physical libraries. The problem with the Internet is that I can lose my train of thought during research more easily. However I have found trivial info of things I wanted to rember from my youth. But I don't like ads and commercials slowing down my search.

You can search wikipedia alphabetically too. Regardless there is a very small difference between alphabetically and related or mentioned. It's just how you perceive ordering types importance.

I once spent thousands on an encyclopedia Brittanica. Never used it once in over 30 years and ended up tossing it out to make room on the shelves.

just found this clip. think about when this dialogue was written, versus, now. hes kinda right. you cant just open a " thing" and discover it. now, that being said. you might open an encyclopedia and what you read, will probably be taken from a screwed point of view

Jumping from link to link on wikipedia isn't the same as just pulling out the D-H section of an Encyclopedia and learning about whatever random things you happen to flip through.

you can browse on wikipedia. I do it all the time.
