We got Don Dunn to give his take on the new RTJ Super speaker stack we demoed a back in August of 2021 when Jeff Permanian visited the AH Smarthome. Don and Gene talk experiences with the best audio systems they've heard over the years and how this RTJ system ranked right up there with some of the greats. $35k/pair includes four 18" subs, the 2X LR mid/tweet modules and the amplification. We discuss the days of THX, the benefits of high efficient, high dynamic speakers and how they can transform your listening experience. Don goes nuts over the 18" subs and just had to order a stack of them for his RBH Sound SVTR system at his mancave. Definitely comment on Don's dancing skills. Requests are welcome.

A friend of mine is good friends with Jeff from jtr and is bringing out the big set of rtj's with cherry amplifiers to his house for a big demo for a bunch of us in march. I'm really looking forward to hearing the speakers even though they're way out of my price range because I've heard only great things about them

I'm sure they are absolutely amazing, absolutely ugly but amazing. I don't know how it's possible though to call 35, 000 dollar speakers as a value. It's hard to quantify that.

Matthew Poes measured a JTR tower and it measured insanely well, I can only imagine what their higher end (RTJ) measured like.

I think Erin’s Audio Corner is supposed to get a model in, not sure.

Are these any relation to the company that makes JTR speakers and subs? The design is very similar and it has the same 3 letters in the name just reversed.

Thanks guys! Although I would have appreciated a comparison between the RBHs and RTJs: what does each system do better and worse than the other? Or is one clearly superior?
