Hi, first thanks for the video, I believe it has already helped a lot of people.
I have been living in Australia for 10 months and working in a childcare in Sydney as a support worker, I have a degree in pedagogy and I have experience in my country, recently I did RPL with a company and I took the Certificate III and the Diploma. From what I've already studied in Sydney, I can only get sponsor if I have the qualification as ECT, my wife is studying childcare cert 3 and diploma too.

With the goal of becoming permanent residents, what advice do you have?

I completed a ACEQUA recognized CER III and now I am following a Diploma in Early childhood in a Sri Lankan institute which is on the ACEQUA list. But the list says *"This qualification was previously assessed by the Queensland Government as being the equivalent to a Diploma qualification. Individuals seeking to work outside Queensland (or graduated after 1 January 2012) may still be eligible for recognition as a qualified educator if they apply to ACECQA for an assessment of equivalence."* What does that mean? This phrase is there for every other foreign institute for Diplomas but not mostly for CER III. HELP!!

Acecqa(is pronounced as asequa), for childcare center manager, the applicant doesn't need to be a center director since most of non-native wanna be immigrants cannot talk English properly and the assessment authorities either TRA or ACECQA won't ask immigrants to BE a center director. Tbh, you are kind of giving really ambiguous suggestions based on zero research.
