Gujarati In US Died After Car Crashes Into Fremont Apartment Complex

It was a normal Monday evening in Fremont, California, when a tragic accident shook the community. At around 7 p.m., 46-year-old Kamleshkumar Patel, an Indian-origin resident of Fremont, was driving his Tesla at high speed. Suddenly, he lost control of the car, which crashed into the first floor of an apartment building on Warm Springs Boulevard. The impact was so powerful that it caused a fire to break out.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as terrifying. One nearby resident said it sounded like a bomb explosion. Tom Vo, who lived in the building, said everything shook when the car hit, and he quickly evacuated with his cat when the fire alarm went off.

So the story here is
That street is hardly capable of 15mph
There is a RR TRACK and a stop sign then comes the intersection and light signal
This might have happened
Due to being unfamiliar
Or untrained skills behind the wheel
Oh well looks like it all went up in flame and fast.
I wonder what the insurance company has to face.
