there are a lot of people saying the video is fake. this is (probably) true, however not many people are saying how it could have been done, and the creator said they won't tell how they did it.
this comment goes over some possibilities from the comments, but also some of my own hypotheses.

let's go over the most basic thing that is required for all of these to work. clearly, this is a video. the question is how it was played on the tv.


possibility #1 (comments): there was a usb drive with the video on it
this is quite easily disproved by the fact the creator replied and said they don't own a usb drive. they could be lying though.

possibility #2 (comments): there was an sd card with the video on it
this one is disproved simply by the fact that most tvs don't have an sd card slot. to convert it, you would have to use the usb port, however if you have an sd card adapter, you probably have a usb drive.

possibility #3 (comments): they used hdmi to show the video
a normal tv box uses hdmi in most circumstances. a game console uses hdmi. a streaming box like a roku or apple tv uses hdmi.
almost everything uses hdmi, so technically this is true, but not detailed enough.

possibility #4 (comments): they played a youtube video on the tv
this is one of the most popular ones in the comments, but there isn't a trace of the video on their channel. it could be a private video, but overall it seems unlikely.

possibility #5 (me): they burned the video onto a dvd, then played it.
this is easily one of the most improbable, simply because they would need a computer with a dvd burner, as well as blank dvds, but technically this is possible.

possibility #6 (me): they plugged a computer into the tv to show the video
this one makes sense if they made the video on a computer. otherwise it doesn't make much sense, but could definitely be possible.

possibility #7 (me): they streamed the video from their phone
this makes a lot of sense if they used an editing app on their phone to make the video. some tvs support direct streaming from a phone/computer, especially smart tvs. they could have also streamed to something like a chromecast or apple tv.

possibility #8 (me): they shared the video from a computer or media server to the tv.
technically this is possible, but just simply because of how hard it is to set up, i don't think this is how they did it.

there are absolutely more ways to do this! i just cannot be bothered to come up with more than 8, and one of these is most likely how they did it.
