I'm a voiceover artist. you do have to market yourself. There are no easy platforms to plug in and get assigned work. It's not a steady source and is highly competitive for rates that pay enough to live on. I've been in the industry for over 20 years and only in the last 5 have i made enough to consider it as my primary source of income. It also requires equipment and technical skills.

Hello from the replay! Short term rental co-hosting is a thing for property owners who don't want to do it themselves and may have multiple properties. I had an online notary done right before I started bopping around in 2021, and again while I was in Mexico this year. I did not need to physically be in my home state (or country) and they did require 2 forms of ID.
