Even if that wasn't from a movie it's scientifically impossible for something of that size and hight to exist it would be to heavy and collapse in on itself.

That footprint is most likely for the 1998 film which means this is Zilla’s footprint from the film and that is the same road from where they were driving to in one scene. And also from all those years they most likely just sealed it up because a farmer was there and that is why there is hay inside

That footprint is located in Kualoa Ranch somewhere in Oahu, in Hawaii. They also filmed Jurassic Park there. But of course, Godzilla isn’t real. That was just a footprint probably made by pounding dirt into the soil.
