The plaintiff owns an auction house, and the defendant placed a bid on a rug. However, the defendant failed to sign the check and backed out of the deal, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says the rug in question wasn't the one he bought.

100% the defendant knew he didn't sign that check. He was trying to scam them and when he got caught, he started complaining about the rug. I cant believe JM even gave him the time of day to explain himself. He was deceitful.
