it was the notmal colour but due to the red, the contrast made it look green i think

I imagine the green is the ult ending twice because it was technically activated twice, and that instead of ult putting a red cover on the screen and taking it off when it ends it turns the whole game hue redder and then turn it greener when it ends, so with it ending twice he is basically with a negative ult visual effect. Average Riot coding
