I have been a Wrike user for about 10 years. I am not a user anymore, too expensive and feature set hasn’t evolved for the core user experience.

One point to add is, yes you can have collaborators for external contractors, however, you cant use any of the time tracking features for them, and there are many other limitations of collaborators which end up requiting you to pay for a full user license for them where (unless you have an enterprise level with custom user roles) they have too much access to everything that you wont want.

Wrike customer service is bad and i would not use it for anyone. I would never buy this again or use this service since it is a scam
