just goes to show how much Oregon doesn't want to or have anything to do with cleaning their own state. But when a guy finally starts to make an impact on how much trash is being cleaned up. that's when the Democrats start to fuck with you. they use to have crews that went by and cleaned up the side of the road and what not. then this guy starts doing it for free and now Oregon has a problem cause they are losing money and to get some of that money back they send him to jail. if Oregon would actually help him instead of just looking at the trash and saying fuck it. then he would not be out there cleaning up peoples trash.

Might want to do a little background check before you guys do a story....
ALL of his problems come down to him doing his "own thing" regardless of what he says. Just check his criminal record.
ODOT told him to stop pickup along the roads (liability issue and also no resources to ensure bags are picked up)..he did it anyway.
Coos County told him the same thing. He did it anyway.
State Parks told him...he did it anyway.
USFS told him not to build a driftwood structure on the beach (safety reasons)...he did it anyway. They also told him not to burn it because of fire danger...he did it anyway.
And now most recently, Florence PW told him not to put these filters on. He is not an expert, engineer or anything else....and HE DID IT ANYWAY.
BTW Florence City Works gave him a FREE DUMPSTER, yet he refused to use it.
