These officers know how to get people to smile. Inside their patrol car, these Colorado cops recorded themselves lip dubbing to Journey's 'Don't Stop Believing.' It's not the first time law enforcement officers have publically posted their lip syncing skills. Another duo was caught on camera singing to Katy Perry.
