A red blood cell (magenta) is shown being invaded by two malaria parasites (cyan), where each parasite wraps itself with the red blood cell membrane to form a ‘pocket’ in which it will grow and replicate.

What excitation wavelengths are used and at what dosage? It looks like it was kept low to prevent phototoxicity. The video is fantastic but I want more frames and clearer picture.
