I wonder if the bristles for the normal one is totally the same as the sentitive one except the tips of it? I bought sensitive one and consider changing after see your vdo since I also have oily on my t- zone area.. thank you 😊

Hi I just got my device today I wanted to ask you when your first charge did the adapter was it hard to go in and does it only going halfway or eagles in all the way because mine only goes in a little bit to charge I don’t know if that’s normal

Hi.
I got my luna 3 recently. As I don't want to use my mobile in the bath I press the button twice. But it works just a few seconds and stops working. Then I have to press again. What is the problem?

I have trouble connect with app. Bluetooth didn't work. I try to delete the app and install it again but still hard to connect. What I can do is remove device and register again every time I want to use massage mode :(

Wow it look nice! I would like to buy my mom a Foreo Cleanser. This look so amazing but i’m worrying that she can’t use the app. She is over 60, she ist not good in High-Tech and don’t know English well. Please let me know if you think it might be possible for her to get how to use Luna 3, as if the app is easy peasy to follow without understanding its words ? Must we always use app every times we clean, or is it possible to have 4 basical press like previous version? I would be very very appreciated!
