Van is nice, but with a trailer, you can keep a lot of your stuff in there and prevent unloading/loading after every event.
I clean my tables and tents right at the customer’s site before leaving.
My chairs, I need to clean individually every time as there is ALWAYS 5 to 10 in the middle of the bundle that was splashed with an exploding can of Coke or have earwigs. Plus I call it sanitizing.
My 7X16 trailer always has 4 20x20 & 1 10X20 tents + all walls, gutters, lights, poles and stakes. The only items that vary are the chairs and tables.
I do not have pole tents, but with my trailer, they could be added as needed, just like I do with the bar, arches, or dance floor.
Honestly, I find my poles and legs are getting a beating after the first year from just 1 load/unload per weekend. I can't imagine adding a load/unload from the warehouse!
