i have been a supporter of RCB since 2015. The difference between RCB and a successful team like mumbai has been indian players, which obviously is possible only by finding the talent at an early stage and nurturing them. The team management need to spend a lot of time on watching every domestic indan games possible and pick the right indian players early. RCB have been investing more on foreign players than indian players

Young bowler shivam mavi is a very good bowler and he bowling 140+

I would not recommend RCB to go for Starc. He would be bidded above 15 Cr for sure. Then our remaining purse will be 8.25 Cr. In that price we cannot buy an indian middle order batter and a bowler like Shardul Thakur or Karthik Tyagi ❤
