Rebuild? Won’t this happen again with another storm? Maybe you should give the ocean more space and move farther out! Oh I forgot, you wanted an ocean view, now you got it!

I understand that this is horrible for these people. But, and I am sorry to say this. At a certain point people need to understand it might be time to cut their losses and move on.
