As long as the Chinese are buying home the banks will make a fortune and can lower their loan loss reserves.

And if anyone believes it can't happen to Canadian Banks with now 170, 000 Canadian Mortgages current in default on Fixed payment 'accommodations' extending think again relative to the Bail Out Tax Payer's are going to have to float.

Everyone has been preaching "buy now, stocks are at a discount" but I've been buying stocks since the beginning of the year and yet nothing's changed, but I've been reading articles of people still in the same market pulling off over 350k in just a couple months, what am i doing wrong?
