how will memory diffrentiate them as binary representation is same ??

When we assign test= 129 then it stores -127 then which character it stores. Do characters are assigned negative values

Sir does float store normal integers to for eg 23 or it only stores decimal

Sir at 35:00 you mean to say that it will store 32769, but not as 32769 . It will store that as -32767. My point is that it will store it.
