Bale as per wise customer support. We can no longer receive multi currency from clients as we are from Philippines. Also they said that it was fortunate for the long time user as they still have privilege to use it the same way you're doing :')

They stopped issuing daw ng USD account details. Parang okay pa sa ibang currencies pero yung basic na USD, di na available.

New update of wise; you can't get USD account details if you live in Philippines .

what if first time transwise user ako, wala meng debit or credit card san ako pwede mag add money para makapasok sa transwise ko....kase ung client ko di makapgsend ng payment sakin, Euro currency po, mga ilan kaya ang iaadd ko jan

Unfortunately accounts registered in the Philippines cant have a Multi Currency Balance Account which is use to receive money in different currencies. Eto ang sinasabe ni wise support, paano niyo po nagagamit yung sainyo?

Hi Sir Dale, tanong ko lang. Nagcreate kasi ako ng account ko sa Wise 2 days ago and then ang nakikita ko lang ay yung "Send" button. Wala akong "Add money, Request" Bakit kaya ganun?
